Use from the CLI and LLMs
You can create, run, and check the same tests as in the app from the terminal. It is also the entry point for having an LLM (AI agent) write and run tests.
Install
The CLI is bundled with the app. Press Settings → Command Line → Install Command Line Tool, then run the following in a newly opened terminal.
gnosis-echo --help
A link is created at /usr/local/bin/gnosis-echo (you may be asked for an administrator password).
It is added to your user PATH and can be used from newly opened terminals. Not available in the portable version.
Common commands
gnosis-echo agent-context # Summary for LLMs (JSON)
gnosis-echo schema # List of steps (actions) you can write
gnosis-echo run --all --json # Run everything, results as JSON
Exit codes are 0 = all passed / 1 = some failed / 2 = usage error. Runs from the CLI also keep recordings, screenshots, and traces, which you can open later in the app.
